Il pranzo sulla spiaggia a Bibione, a settembre, è un’altra cosa. La sabbia resta calda, il mare è ancora quello di agosto, ma attorno c’è aria e spazio: è il periodo migliore per sederti a tavola con i piedi quasi nella sabbia e non avere fretta.
Da lunedì 14 settembre cambiamo ritmo. Il Chiosco Acquario è aperto dalle 9:30 alle 18:00, con la cucina attiva dalle 11:00 alle 16:00. In quella fascia c’è tutto: la pizza, gli sfizi, i cicchetti, i piatti del giorno. Niente doppio turno, niente da rincorrere: arrivi quando vuoi fra le undici e le quattro e mangi quello che ti va.
Cosa trovi a pranzo sulla spiaggia
Trovi gli immancabili spaghetti alle vongole, o la pizza, o i cicchetti da dividere mentre decidi, i piatti del giorno e il tavolo giusto per un pranzo lungo. Abbiamo 240 posti a sedere direttamente sulla sabbia: c’è spazio anche se arrivi all’ultimo, ma se siete un gruppo conviene avvisare.
Dopo pranzo El Chiringo, il chiringuito sulla sabbia annesso al Chiosco, resta lì per un caffè o un drink al sole fino alle 18:00.
Fino a quando restiamo aperti
- Tutti i giorni fino a domenica 11 ottobre, orario 9:30–18:00, cucina 11:00–16:00
- Poi solo nei weekend: venerdì 16, sabato 17 e domenica 18 ottobre e venerdì 23, sabato 24 e domenica 25 ottobre
- Da lunedì 26 ottobre chiudiamo per la pausa di fine stagione
- Riapriamo sabato 5 dicembre: 5, 6, 7 e 8 dicembre, poi sabato 12 e domenica 13, e infine tutti i giorni dal 19 dicembre al 6 gennaio
D’inverno si fanno solo pranzi, sempre 9:30–18:00. E d’inverno succede una cosa che d’estate non puoi vedere: senza ombrelloni, davanti ai tavoli resta soltanto la spiaggia e il mare aperto.

Im September bekommt Bibione seinen Strand zurück. Der Sand ist noch warm, das Meer wie im August — nur mit viel mehr Platz und Luft ringsherum. Die beste Zeit, um in Ruhe zu essen, fast mit den Füßen im Sand.
Ab Montag, 14. September, ändern sich unsere Zeiten. Der Chiosco Acquario ist von 9:30 bis 18:00 Uhr geöffnet, die Küche von 11:00 bis 16:00 Uhr. In diesem Zeitfenster gibt es alles: Pizza, kleine Gerichte, Cicchetti, die Tagesteller. Kein zweiter Service, kein Zeitdruck — du kommst zwischen elf und vier und isst, worauf du Lust hast.
Was es mittags gibt
Es gibt die unvermeidlichen Spaghetti alle vongole, oder Pizza, oder Cicchetti zum Teilen, während du dich entscheidest, dazu die Tagesgerichte und den richtigen Tisch für ein langes Mittagessen. Wir haben 240 Sitzplätze direkt im Sand: Platz ist auch dann, wenn du spontan kommst, aber für größere Gruppen sag uns kurz Bescheid. Danach bleibt El Chiringo, unsere Strandbar direkt im Sand neben dem Chiosco, bis 18:00 Uhr für einen Kaffee oder einen Drink in der Sonne geöffnet.

Im Winter gibt es ausschließlich Mittagessen, immer 9:30–18:00 Uhr. Und im Winter passiert etwas, das du im Sommer nie siehst: Ohne Sonnenschirme liegt vor den Tischen nur noch der Strand und das offene Meer.

🇬🇧 Lunch on the Beach in Bibione: the Chiosco Acquario from September
September is the month Bibione gets its beach back. The sand is still warm, the sea is the same one you swam in during August — but now there is room to breathe. It is the best time of year to sit down to eat with your feet almost in the sand and no reason to hurry.
From Monday 14 September our rhythm changes. The Chiosco Acquario is open 9:30 to 18:00, with the kitchen serving from 11:00 to 16:00. Everything is available in that window: pizza, small plates, Venetian cicchetti, the dishes of the day. No second service, no rush — come any time between eleven and four and eat what you feel like.
What lunch looks like
You will find the classic spaghetti alle vongole, or pizza, or cicchetti to share while you make up your mind, the daily plates and the right table for a long lunch. We have 240 seats directly on the sand: there is room even if you turn up at the last minute, but if you are a group it is worth letting us know. Afterwards El Chiringo, the beach bar on the sand next to the Chiosco, stays open until 18:00 for a coffee or a drink in the sun.
How long we stay open
- Every day until Sunday 11 October, 9:30–18:00, kitchen 11:00–16:00
- Then weekends only: Friday 16, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October, and Friday 23, Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October
- From Monday 26 October we close for the end-of-season break
- We reopen on Saturday 5 December: 5, 6, 7 and 8 December, then Saturday 12 and Sunday 13, and every day from 19 December to 6 January
In winter we serve lunch only, always 9:30–18:00. And winter brings something you never get to see in summer: with the parasols gone, there is nothing in front of the tables but the beach and the open sea.
