A metà settembre la spiaggia di Bibione si riempie di un’energia diversa. Per tre giorni, tra il venerdì e la domenica, l’arenile si popola di stuoie, musica e persone che si allenano con il mare come sfondo invece che in una palestra chiusa: è il weekend del Beach Fitness, uno degli appuntamenti più partecipati della bassa stagione.
Dal Chiosco Acquario lo vedi arrivare senza cercarlo: i gruppi che si scaldano sulla sabbia al mattino, le lezioni che si susseguono per tutto il giorno, e tu che resti seduto con il tavolo giusto, la sabbia sotto i piedi e il mare davanti, come sempre.
Cosa succede in spiaggia in quei tre giorni
Il programma lo cura SportFelix, con corsi che vanno dal functional al body & mind, dalla danza al combat, fino all’acqua fitness: oltre duecento ore di lezioni sull’arenile, con istruttori che arrivano da tutta Europa.
Il venerdì e il sabato le lezioni proseguono fino a tardo pomeriggio, sempre a ritmo di musica. Il Chiosco però chiude alle 18:00, aperto solo a pranzo: quando finisci un allenamento nel primo pomeriggio trovi ancora il tuo tavolo pronto, prima della chiusura.

In mid-September the beach in Bibione gets a different kind of energy. For three days, from Friday to Sunday, the sand fills up with mats, music and people training with the sea in view instead of a gym: it is Beach Fitness weekend, one of the most attended events of the low season.
From the Chiosco Acquario you notice it without looking for it: groups warming up on the sand in the morning, classes running through the whole day, and you, with your table, the sand under your feet and the sea in front of you, as always.
